The height discrepancy in those elevations aside, I'm still not too sure about this one. Of course, I love the height. But when I look at those images, I can't stop thinking about the
emperor's new clothes. That's an absolutely huge base; it would be weird for a 300' building to have a what amounts to a front and a back, but at 1000' it's even more strange; those seemingly last-minute flares/steps; the different floor heights and different siding between the upper and lower sections; that crown... I hate to say it, but this thing is downright ugly.
