This is that new industrial park at Highway 6 & Garner Road that was mentioned recently in the general updates thread. Great Gulf, one of the largest commercial developers in the country, is behind it.

The site plan is provided in the brochure. Looks like they are planning on building phase 1, a 140,000sf building this year.
