I saw 2 foxes chasing a deer while stuck in traffic on St. Mary's one morning. And this was half a city away and the Red River between this reportedly unique Charleswood situation.
I've lived here a long time and cant think of a part of this city where I haven't seen deer/coyotes/foxes/etc fairly frequently. I saw a Raccoon the size of a Bear rummaging through my trash cans a couple years back (I'm still trying to convince myself that it wasn't, in fact, a Bear... makes it easier to keep taking trash out back)
