As a Vancouverite, we are probably the most complacent people. We are blessed with beautiful scenery, mild weather , cultural tolerance ( to a certain extent) , political stability. If the only thing we complain about Vancouver weather is rain, we are daunt lucky. I always have the thought that one of these days dear God will teach us a good lesson. Hence I will learn from the Texans , I will get ready for the next disaster now. I hope you would too.
