Yes, the silly suburban daylight triangle was required by transportation once it was determined that the existing heritage building did not have enough structural integrity to be retained and integrated. Once that determination was made, the project was treated as a new build and not an addition, and as such the proposal was subject to additional criteria which included the provision of that daylight triangle.
