When I used to live in Riverview I found that nothing gummed up the works at rush hour like all of the left-turners. But what I don't understand is why the city never put in protected left turn cycles along the South Osborne stretch. Being able to get more than one or two left-turning cars through per cycle would do wonders for a pretty low price.
