Honestly, it would be nice if it included some office space. Burlington really needs to start building office space around the city if they ever want to reduce their continued congestion issue. Every single Burlington resident making a mad dash for the highway in the morning is what causes issues. Some people may even be able to walk to work if there were offices here.
