This might just be one of the only times I'd decide against a public space, but only because it's 1 block from a public space on both sides  It needs a new building, because this is the 1 missing tooth in an otherwise unbroken streetwall, from Wellington all the way to James! Is it bad that I hope the entire Denningers lot gets redeveloped at some point soon? It would be nice for a newer and larger Denningers takes it place. The one at Burlington mall is beautiful.
