It looks like a perfect development for the location. I especially appreciate that the height ramps up the further you go back from road, it might keep the Nimbys at bay a little bit. I'm not sure if the render is for massing or if this is the design they are proposing but the architecture certainly looks a little bit better than whatever the hell that Lepine development is supposed to be.
