Ouch, Now I understand the major issues mentioned earlier in this thread.

Well I hope the issues were resolved and it won't affect anything in the future the W is a good hotel/brand.

I had the pleasure of staying in the one in NYC by the WTC beautiful hotel and not to badly priced.
