This probably has to be one of the best apartment/mixed use projects in all of AZ, given its design and location at the heart of Scottsdale Quarter. This and Optima set the standard that I hope we see more projects like these around Scottsdale. Also it's by Lennar so says alot about their capabilities in multifamily. If you guys are fans of Culinary Dropout/The Yard, the one here is the best.
