Parking issues downtown are not specific to the exchange. There’s lots of problematic parking problems in downtown Winnipeg. You can be proactive as a city, or you can do what Winnipeg does best, nothing. Angled parking is a dangerous half assed solution. You’ve obviously never dealt with trying to park daily around Assiniboine avenue, or in Osborne village, or corydon. Parking your car for the night is even worse.
