I dug up the approximate heights looking through the rezoning applications/elevation drawings
Bernard block:
340.2 ft - 33 floor residential
168.7 ft - 13 floor office
246 ft - 25 storey Brooklyn
One water:
390 ft - 36 floor
322 ft - 29 floor
