Breaking up the facade, adding some brick, and going with more townhouse-like styling on this one would have vastly improved it. I think of the recently completed building on Isleville with the brick townhouse style on the podium. It would have really tied it into the neighbourhood which is almost entirely townhouses of different vintages.
