Considering the one and only 1000 footer in Texas was built some 38 years ago, it takes a bit to build something this tall. Time will tell but I have serious doubts. Hope I'm wrong. Having lived in Austin over 50 years I'm still in awe of what we currently have built and under construction. 6X blows my mind!
