Well, I'm stunned. I really was hoping we'd see the first design shown in the renderings, and that seems to be what we're getting. The interaction with the creek and the landscaping is really beautiful. I feel like this building speaks about Austin's love of the outdoors. Even a billion dollar supertall can get down to nature here and be inviting.

Where are you seeing 1492' as the AMSL? The highest I've seen was 1474'.
