^^^I didn't see anything labeled lower on the layout above. But, if the tower's true T.O.P. is at 1492' AMSL (as indicated on the FAA filing) - the lowest point I saw on the diagram was ~452' AMSL (near the base of the stairs between the two lobbies). Thus, this tower may be in the ballpark of 1040' in total height. Unless a lower point is confirmed.
