Man, that 21C project not happening still hurts. That would have been a nice tower that would have given the skyline some good height for years before we've reached this point with a few more talls. And while I've been glad to have the Frost Bank Tower all these years, I think if it had been proposed and built these days, versus then, that we might have been looking at a supertall. A supertall Frost Bank Tower.
