They are supposed to close on December 10th. If there isn’t activity by the end of the year something is wrong because that’s when some of their tax credits expire.

Ah cool. I actually think the Cramer House, being isolated and framed by the new towers, is much better suited to a restaurant space than a residential unit anyway.
Excited to see the hole become something interesting! Here's hoping everything works out.
