Besides what I assume is EIFs, the general design is alright. I’d prefer not to have that large blank wall blocking the corners, particularly as many of the buildings to the southwest are shorter and could provide more sweeping by views for the higher floors towards Bobby Dodd & MBS, but that’s my preference.
