Took a while but this area is shaping up. The rivers in this town have been so mishandled.

We moved from Rochester, NY and they did it too. There was apart of town along the Genesee River that went from downtown to the University of Roch. They decided to put subsidized housing along that stretch in the 70s. Not only did it derail what would have been the premier riverfront area of the city, but it gave the drug and crime scene a central homebase to infiltrate the city until this day.
