Limited full block sites and air rights are such that this should easily be at least 1000' no problem. As Hudson Yards has shown us though, 1000' commercial buildings sure can be boxy (read:boring) now.
But hopefully its taller and more ambitious- I'd take a Travelstead 2.0 here.
