Maybe he'll wait for all of the New Build Office Towers in the neighborhood to finish up, and for the bigshot tenants to move into the renovated 410 10th. I wouldn't be surprised if Brookfield comes on board and together they brand this as 10 or 360 Manhattan West. I'm pretty sure McCourt will be looking for another partner after Hines bailed.
There's going to be a second wave of construction in Hudson Yards once all of these finish up. Tishman Speyer's 99 Hudson, Related/Spitzer's 451 Tenth phase 2 ("70 Hudson Yards"), and Rockrose's 555 west 38th phase 2. This tower will probably rise alongside those.
