Technically, the Galleria and Williams Tower are not suburban in the way Mississauga is. They are within the city limits of Houston, but outside of downtown. Williams is very tall for its context, and not far from some small municipalities carved out from Houston's city limits, but it is also relatively central, perhaps comparable to North York.
