Yeah I'm suprised there isn't a Mississauga Compilation thread (and Vaughn and Markham and...). Maybe someone should start a SUBURBAN TORONTO compilation thread.
Though the built form may be mostly mid-rise, except perhaps tall on the northern/lower Donlands portion as seen in the first pic (thread should have been called Highrise and
Development;-)... feeling a little remiss for not providing some updates on a little
880 acre, multi-billion dollar make-over (re-engineering a river and creating new islands and shorelines, new communities and copious parkland) known as The
Portlands Redevelopment. But I'm excited to know the first new multi-use bridge fabricated in the Netherlands, arrived in Halifax for its paint job a couple of weeks ago... so here's a few appetizers:
