Its incredible in the short time too. Jersey City is another one that really skyrocketed. It'll continue to get bigger too, all three skyline nodes (DoBro, LIC, and the 6th Borough, JC).
Once this pandemic rubbish is over, I hope the activity really ramps up. From quarantine to the roaring 20's all over again... let's hope!
