With the Modell's chain going under, I wonder who Vornado will lease this space to. It's a prime location for retail, with a high volume of foot traffic. That should make it easier to lease
at this time. This is site 5 of the Empire Station district, a 1.9 msf office tower. Any tower here could be a few years off, so I'm sure the space won't sit vacant.
