I know there isn't too much on 20 Carbon Place, but it's near where I live...does 12 x 2 mean that for sure it will be two midrise towers? How many residential units? It's just outside the NJCU public/private development between West Side Avenue and Route 440... isn't there still a sheet metal business on or around part of the site?
