- VYV II is open/completed
- 25 Columbus, 33 Park II, 700 Washington Boulevard I and II and 289 Jordan are all topped out (351 Marin will soon be as well). 87 Newkirk St is complete and open for some time now.
- Emerson Lofts I is under construction, and 32 Oakland is digging and piling
- You have 177 Grand St under both Proposed and Dead.

Those are all the 12+ story buildings I could think of, aside from ones that are part of larger future developments (Liberty Harbor North, Hudson Exchange, Newport, etc).
