First building is a hotel (Holiday Inn I think? I don't remember). Second is tower 3.
Right now, this corner of Burnet has 2 hotels that are almost finished, the Modera apartment complex which is probably the only wood construction building I've seen that involves a crane (it's so adorable), Tower 3 and the Bowen, and maybe you can even count the MLS stadium. So it's still hoppin' over here, and most everything is being thrown up incredibly fast.
There are renderings up for tower 9 on along the fence on the northside, but not a lick of work being done. Guessing the project is frozen for now.
