Assuming city guy, and the Concord residents next door don't persuade Council to turn it down at rezoning (likely to occur in the fall), then they still have to finalize the design and get a development permit. More to the point of timing, they then have to sell enough high-priced condos to make the project work. If your crystal ball has the answer to when that might be, could you pm me with the winning lottery numbers as well? Thanks.
