AULCC document up for Fairfield at Metric, a 5-story 390 unit apartment complex set to replace the Goodwill that fronts 183 near Metric. It does not appear to have any retail, at least from my quick viewing of the file.

I'll trade a 5 story Texas donut for a big surface lot any day of the week. I'm even probably okay with no retail, as there's not yet a lot of residential otherwise in this area, and new residential will eventually invigorate the other existing retail around there. (across metric and just further up research).
