Frankly, that viaduct is a terrorist threat waiting to happen. Anyone can drive up around GCT on the viaduct; therefore, a small truck filled with plastic explosives could easily level GCT and the MetLife Building. Even if the bozos who run NY were against providing pedestrian space for people, this useless viaduct poses a massive possible hazard.
