I've often dreamed that since the entire current crown of Frost is just steel and glass, and no actual floorplates... they could disconnect it, remove it, add a 40-80ft steel and glass cage, and put it back.. and give it the proportion it always deserved. It would essentially be just a (significantly) taller crown. Other buildings have ridiculously tall non-occupied crowns.
No financial benefit means it would never happen, but I like to just imagine it is possible.
