The National Capital Business Park (NCBP) will be a premier business and industrial park to service the warehousing, data communications centres, distribution and employment needs of the National Capital Region by providing over 100,000 m2 (1,000,000 ft2) of new build-to-suit office, warehouse, and industrial space on approximately 40 ha (100 acres) of urban land. This seems like a real long shot in term of absorption into the system based on current trends.
