It's about 138 dwelling units per acre. Not bad considering half the site is for a new park and street. This area of town was always kind of puzzling to me. Literally, I had no idea how to get there if I was walking or taking transit. It just seems so hostile with the access roads to the Holland Tunnel being right there.
