This is essentially the track record City Council for the past several years. A campaign of crazies sending non-sensical emails weighs more than appropriate assessment, and planning. "well, sure - we need to do X... that's what all of the people with knowledge of the subject agree on......... but I got 10 emails from residents not wanting us to do X, so I'll be voting against it. 10 emails > 1 well-research, fact-based report. That's just facts."
