Very interested to see what goes here, though also a little skeptical. For some reason I have it in my head that a first time Austin developer (though certainly not inexperienced elsewhere) will design a sort of middling, 300-footer for this lot. And of course this lot deserves something much bigger, or at least into the next tier, say a 500-footer.
Maybe the COVID's got me down, but this has me abnormally concerned.
