But there is a lobbying effort to allow construction to continue. Apparently projects in DFW and Houston are not part of their City/County orders. I also noticed that some projects are still requesting late hours cement pouring for after Friday like 44 East and Hanover Republic square.

Since they are ‘still requesting’ does that mean they haven’t been approved?
