Yeah Phase 1 is 266' tall, not going to be that stubby. That is 20+ taller than Kenect even though its 3 stories shorter. Phase II has not been designed, so there is no exact information on programming, height, or even floor count at this point. Prelim Approval was for 279'/23 stories, but that is never set in stone.
