I heard from a development company rep, that the old Dallas Night Club Site (7113 Burnet Rd) is going to be redeveloped. He told me, they will be building apartments/condos; the building fronting Burnet will be six stories tapering down to three stories as it approaches the neighborhood (I think he said somewhere around 330 units). The current plans call for all underground parking, however that might change.
Interestingly enough, they approached the owner of the vacant lot next door and they was not willing to sell. (Not sure it was a price issue, or just plain lack of interest.)
