The two buildinggs are located on the south side of MOPAC about 2 1/2 miles from downtown. Maybe not even that far. The picture really distorts distances. All of those low to midrise buildings are along MOPAC from just south of the river to 360 around Barton Creek Mall. There are actually several million square feet of Class A office space in those buildings along MOPAC. 360 between Barton Creek Mall to just past Bee Caves Road also has a fair amount of high end office space. South/Southwest Austin is a player in the office market.
