I wonder what is up with Domain Tower 3 and Domain Tower 4.
Both have a status of "Waiting on Legal" because they went beyond their deadline for approval.
For Tower 3 it was 10-18-19
For Tower 4 it was 1-17-20

Tower3 was close to being approved. I wonder if its all done but they never officially updated the COA link or ??? Would like to see the plans for both.

Looking out the windows, where tower3 will be located they have fenced it off for utility construction (approved South End District plan) and within the fences are pipes, dirt and other construction equipment...). Where tower4 will be they have the construction temp buildings and workers cars for tower2 and bowen.
