You can put the 1912 insurance map underneath the contemporary map - (it's in the Aerial Images layer). That shows there were 5 houses on Burrard, and 7 on Hornby that were removed to build the new office, completed in 1953. That would suggest the Burrard house sites are worth $14.9m CA each today, and the Hornby lots $10.6m CA each.

I assume the land would be worth more (assuming you had all the land massed together) without the Electra building and could build something brand new and more higher?
