I also get the sense that area of Fort Worth gave out some huge incentives for TDA to build out that area initially.

Schwab announced last week that their HQ will move from SF to Fort Worth (Westlake) as soon as late next year or early 2021 following completion of merger with Ameritrade. TDA is currently HQ in Omaha.
