That's TD's Ameritrade HQ. Schwab's actual HQ is in San Francisco. Unless I missed something, I don't think any of the Austin-based positions are moving up there when the deal closes next year.
I also get the sense that area of Fort Worth gave out some huge incentives for TDA to build out that area initially.
