Its been a long time coming. Newark has tons of potential. Only a matter of time before it becomes then next Jersey City with respect to development output. Fortunately, the leadership seems to in-tune with it as well. A far cry from the Sharpe James era which kept the city backwards and full of corruption. Ras Baraka is also a better mayor, much better than the predecessors, especially that hack Cory Booker who abandoned Newark due to his eye-popping ego.
But yeah, good times in store for Newark.
