I tried out the new Earls sometime ago and it is nice, but how is it that even brand new restaurants can be so noisy inside? Does no sound insulation go into building a restaurant like this? It is shame, as I hate shouting to people in my party just to be heard.  |
I haven't been in the new Earls yet but I agree a lot of new restaurants dont pay enough attention to acoustics. Trattoria is a good example.
