You need to upload it to a third party image hosting site then use it's URL to post here.
Anyways, the plans all seem purely conceptual at this point. If the building is built it could very well end up anywhere between 4-10 floors, give or take. The Platform has a lot on their plate and I personally don't see this moving forward anytime soon.
