What's notable about this building is that it's over 600 feet in continuous length along Riverside Drive at 6 stories. The vast majority of the units are efficiency / 1 bedrooms.
Too bad they couldn't do a 2+5 on this lot or higher. Some of the Project Catalyst docs suggested Planning Commission support for 120-160 feet in height more or less along the entire Riverside Drive (east of I-35) in the future.
